HEALTH GUARANTEE
All puppies Sold will be honestly represented and evaluated as accurately
as possible.
Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a reputable veteranarian within 14 days from the time of the purchase
& to have the Veterinary Examination Report completed by the attending veterinarian. This report must be returned to seller
immediately following the examination. Failure to return written report within 24 hours of exam invalidates this contract.
If this veterinarian establishes a MAJOR problem such as incurable Illness that will effect puppies life span, (internal,
external, parasites & kennel cough excluded)
with the puppy upon initial examination, puppy must be returned immdiately
within 72 hours of purchase date. Seller reserves the right to have puppy examined by a veterinarian of seller's choice, before
exchange is made.
We will replace the puppy with a new one, If no replacment is available at that time, seller will have
12 months to furnish satisfactory replacment. During that time, buyer will be given a voucher for the puppy & notified
IMMEDIANTLY when comparable puppy is available. ALL exchanges are limited to the same value of purchase price of the puppy.
The puppy cannot be returned after the quarantine period has expired and/or if it has been exposed to another animal,
which has not been kept current on their vaccinations.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate veterinary
care to any puppy showing signs of illness or distress & failure to do so will render any guarantee null
and void.
Under no circumstance is a puppy to be destroyed prior to notification by the seller. If a puppy dies within the guarantee
period, despite medical treatment,
replacment will be made ONLY if a veterinarian certifies the cause of death. Seller
will not be held liable for any medical or behavioral problems due to transit.
This will be only upon the return of the
original puppy with AKC/Other registration Papers to I Baldwin. If death occurs an autopsy will be required for a replacement.
Puppy
is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchased against genetic defects only if the following guidlines are followed exactly:
a) The buyer must notify seller of any genetic defect immediantly.
b) A written statement as to the genetic defect must be provided
to us from
buyer's veterinarian.
c) A written second opinion from another veterinarian must be provided
to us from buyer
d) Seller's veteraniarian will examine the puppy. After these guidlines
are followed, if there is a genetic defect present we will provide a replacment puppy of the same value
and purchase price. And take your puppy back.
Should buyer choose to relinquish ownership of the
puppy to I Baldwin,
I will replace the puppy, less any Shipping or Miscellaneous charges necessary
for transportation of puppy to/from this location.
AKC/Other Reg.
Papers with a signed transfer must accompany the puppy.
Veterinarian or Emerergency Veteraian
care expensed incurred by the buyer,
for any reason, will Not be I Baldwin responsibility.
AKC/Other Registration Papers will be supplied or will be Mailed as soon as
received.
Show/Breeder
Quality, Size, Color, and Temperament of Puppy is Not guaranteed.
This Contract supersedes any and all previous agreements.
This
contract is Null and Void if the terms and Conditions are not fulfilled & if the contract is not signed & returned
back to me within 2 weeks of purchasing the puppy.
This agreement is made and entered into the State of Florida and
shall be enforced and interpreted under the laws of this state.

If Buyer decide's they cannot keep Puppy/Adult
dog for any reason, I will be the "First"Notified to Purchase Baby/Adult animal back, before anybody else is allowed to purchase
animal back. And of course receiving Puppy/Dog back with Full AKC/Other Papers as well.
